How to contact us
Email atharv@nichijo.org and include:
- The email address used with your account
- Your group slug (if available)
- A short description of the issue
- Device model, iOS version, and app version
- Screenshots if relevant
Troubleshooting quick checks
- Can not sign in: confirm you are using the same Apple/Google account used to join your group.
- Health metrics missing: check iOS Health permissions and ensure relevant categories are enabled.
- Invites not opening: update the app and open the invite link directly from the same device.
- Notifications not arriving: verify iOS notification permission and Focus/Do Not Disturb settings.
Delete account and data
In the app, open Settings and use Delete my data.
If you cannot access the app, email atharv@nichijo.org with subject "Delete my data" from your account email. We may request verification before processing.
